George Floyd

George Floyd was a black man then a dead black man, who died while resisting arrest by white policemen in Minneapolis. The death is on video. He was being held down, then complained that he could not breathe but the policeman kneeling on him did not let up; a fatal mistake for Floyd and career ending mistake for Derek Chauvin, the relevant policeman; he is currently, in April 2021 involved in  the Chauvin Murder Trial

The video went viral and blacks used it as an excuse to run riot. The facts, but only some of them were used by the Mainstream Media to incite Insurrection. Facts they chose to ignore are summarised in this cartoon. A rather more objective view is put at Jews Take The Knee.

One question worth an answer is #Did George Floyd Die of a Drug Overdose? It is distinctly possible. He has been to prison three times for having cocaine. Did he swallow his narcotics to stop the police finding them? We will probably never know and we can depend on the Mainstream Media to hide the truth; they want more black rioting.

If you wonder why PC Chauvin knelt on the black be assured that Minnesota Cops Were Trained By Jews From Israel But The Media Keep Quiet About That Detail

He was a large man, 220 pounds and a bouncer. Forcing him into a police car was going to be difficult to impossible. George was a "gentle giant" except when he wasn't.

Look at the face and decide whether poor George was intelligent or stupid. Did he have a high or low IQ? Charles Murray and Richard Herrnstein wrote in The Bell Curve that people in prison are largely at the low end of the spectrum.

It is fair to say that George has been more successful than the Right Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King, his riots were larger and longer. But they are similar men, both black, vicious thieves being used by Marxist traitors.

Fun Fact: Blacks were allowed to burn down the police precinct by the Minneapolis mayor, Jacob Frey who is a Jew, just like the thugs who train American police.

George Floyd ex Wiki
George Perry Floyd Jr. (October 14, 1973 – May 25, 2020) was an African American man killed by police during an arrest in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Protests in response to his death, and more broadly to police violence against black people, quickly spread across the United States and internationally.

Floyd grew up in Houston, Texas. He played football and basketball throughout high school and college. A blue-collar worker, he was also a hip hop artist and a mentor in his religious community. Between 1997 and 2005, he was convicted of eight crimes; in 2009, he accepted a plea bargain for a 2007 aggravated robbery, serving four years in prison.[2]

In 2014, he moved to the Minneapolis area, finding work as a truck driver and a bouncer. In 2020, he lost his security job during the COVID-19 pandemic. He died while being arrested for allegedly using counterfeit money to buy cigarettes; Derek Chauvin, a white police officer, knelt on his neck for nearly nine minutes.

Killing of George Floyd ex Wiki
On May 25, 2020, George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man, was killed in Minneapolis, Minnesota, during an arrest for allegedly using a counterfeit bill.[1] Derek Chauvin, a white police officer, knelt on Floyd's neck for almost nine minutes while Floyd was handcuffed and lying face down, begging for his life and repeatedly saying "I can't breathe".[2][3] A second and third officer further restrained Floyd while a fourth prevented bystanders from intervening.[4][5]:6:24

The following day, after videos made by witnesses and security cameras became public,[9][10][11] all four officers were fired. Two autopsies found Floyd's death to be a homicide.[12][13] Chauvin was initially charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter,[14] to which was later added second-degree murder; the three other officers were charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder.[2][15][7]

Floyd's death triggered demonstrations and protests in over 2,000 U.S. cities and around the world against police brutality, police racism, and lack of police accountability.[16] In early June, the Minneapolis City Council took action to ban chokeholds and require police officers to intervene against the use of excessive force by other officers, and voted an intent to replace the police department with a "new community-based system of public safety."[17] The Minneapolis Police Chief canceled contract negotiations with the police union and announced plans to bring in outside experts to examine how the union contract can be restructured to provide transparency and "flexibility for true reform."

Did George Floyd Die of a Drug Overdose?
We need to understand the facts surrounding the death of George Floyd.
Many key facts are being ignored:
  • Floyd’s blood tests showed a concentration of Fentanyl of about three times the fatal dose.
  • Fentanyl is a dangerous opioid 50 times more potent than heroin. It has rapidly become the most common cause of death among drug addicts.
  • The knee hold used by the police is not a choke hold, it does not impede breathing. It is a body restraint and is not known to have ever caused fatal injury.
  • Floyd already began to complain “I can’t breathe” a few minutes before the neck restraint was applied, while resisting the officers when they tried to get him into the squad car. Fentanyl affects the breathing, causing death by respiratory arrest.
  • It was normal procedure to restrain Floyd because he was resisting arrest, probably in conjunction with excited delirium (EXD), an episode of violent agitation brought on by a drug overdose, typically brief and ending in death from cardiopulmonary arrest.
  • The official autopsy did indeed give cardiopulmonary arrest as the cause of death, and stated that injuries he sustained during the arrest were not life-threatening.
  • Videos of the arrest do not show police beating or striking Floyd, only calmly restraining him
  • In one video Floyd is heard shouting and groaning loudly and incoherently while restrained on the ground, which appears to be a sign of the violent, shouting phase of EXD. His ability to resist four officers trying to get him into the squad car is typical of EXD cases. A short spurt of superhuman strength is a classic EXD symptom.

Minneapolis police officers have been charged with Floyd’s murder. Yet all the evidence points to the fact that Floyd had taken a drug overdose so strong that his imminent death could hardly have been prevented. In all likelihood, the police were neither an intentional nor accidental cause of his death. These crucial facts have been completely ignored in the uproar.

It is widely believed that George Floyd died from a police officer’s knee on his neck, whether due to asphyxiation or neck injury. That may be how it looks, to a naïve viewer. In reality, the county autopsy report says he died of a heart attack,[1] and states that there were “no life-threatening injuries.” Then how could they conclude it was homicide?............

It goes on. The comments range from perceptive to rather silly.

Government Lets Blacks Riot In America    [ 31 May 2020 ]
QUOTE
What the Minneapolis Riots Mean

There has been a third night of rioting in Minneapolis because of the death of George Floyd at the hands of the police, and there has also been anti-police rioting in half a dozen other cities. These riots are not about justice for Floyd. They are an expression of deep, incurable racial resentment. They are symptoms of a disease that can’t be cured with the usual medicine of yet more concessions.

The authorities in worst-hit Minneapolis have capitulated miserably in the face of lawlessness. That will guarantee more lawlessness. This is what multi-racialism means for America: We are a country constantly on the brink of racial chaos.

No one yet knows the extent of the destruction in Minneapolis. Dozens of stores have been looted and burned. At least five rioters were shot – by other rioters, not the police. One of the buildings rioters burned was affordable housing under construction. It burned spectacularly, collapsed, and set fire to an entire city block.

It is infuriating to see this kind of mayhem go unpunished, but the worst act of capitulation was the Minneapolis mayor’s decision to withdraw police from the Third Precinct and let rioters burn the place down. There it is, going up in flames, while the crowd cheers. Mayor Jacob Frey explained that he had ordered the police to run away because, in his words, “the symbolism of a building cannot outweigh the importance of life.” In other words, some rioters might have been hurt if the police had defended their building. Doesn’t Mayor Frey understand the symbolism of letting a mob burn down a police precinct? What an admission of impotence! The police must have been cursing their mayor as they abandoned their building to the mob....................

Conventional thinking can’t solve this problem because the problem is multi-racialism itself. The solution is to give blacks what they want: If they think there are no good cops, pull the police out of their neighborhoods. If they decide they need police after all, let them train their own security. If they think they built America, let them show us what they can do – starting with their own neighborhoods.

The only way out is disengagement. Decade after decade of white guilt and preferences for blacks only increase black resentment. This caretaker relationship between the races is condescending to blacks and unsustainable for whites. It’s got to end. Blacks need to be truly free. And so do we.

Ugly Rioter Charged With Attempted Murder Of Police In Minneapolis   [ 8 June 2020 ]
QUOTE
A 28-year-old St. Paul man faces eight criminal counts including second-degree attempted murder for allegedly shooting at police officers during protests against the death of George Floyd. The attempted incident hours after curfew went into effect in the city. There have been curfews in Minneapolis since Friday night, the day after police withdrew from the MPD’s 3rd Precinct and was subsequently set on fire, as other businesses in the area also went up in flames.

There was a protest near Lake Street and 15th Avenue South that night, and while the complaint says this protest was to that point peaceful, throughout the civil unrest in the Twin Cities the prior week, officers have had rocks and bottles of bodily fluids thrown at them, and shots fired at them................

Police say as some of them ran away, one of them started walking toward officers and crouched down. They believed he was picking up a rock and fired a 40-mm marking round, after which they saw three or four gunshot muzzle flashes from his chest. He ran behind a truck, the charges state.

Officers located him on the ground and said he attempted to get up, resisting apprehension. After an officer was able to gain control of the man, he observed an AK-47 style Mini Draco Style pistol nearby.

Anarchists Approve Of Black Mob War In George Floyd Rioting  [ 21 June 2020 ]
QUOTE
For those looking for symbolism, there was no better prize: A police precinct in middle America, ransacked and on fire.

The strategy behind that historic night of May 28, three days after the killing of George Floyd, is described in thorough detail in an anonymous essay,  “The Siege of the Third Precinct in Minneapolis,” for the anarchist website, Crimethinc. The author, or authors, write that their purpose is to “…to preserve the strategy that proved victorious.”

Crimethinc did not reply to an email seeking comment. Law enforcement sources tell the FOX 9 Investigators the factual account it provides appears, on the whole, fairly accurate. The essay functions as both political analysis and military strategy paper, as it dissects the “composite” crowd and the use of “ballistics” like Molotov cocktails and fireworks............

The essay provides a level of detail the public has not heard from police or elected officials, as it describes a two-day war of attrition against Minneapolis Police that drained the department’s resources.

By Thursday, May 28, the anarchists write, police were surrounded by a “kingdom of ashes.” The Third Precinct was “a lonely target with depleted supplies,” an enemy “teetering on the brink. All it needed was a final push.”..........

And then came the fires. The article describes the 26 arsons in the area as “tactically intelligent” because “it contributed to depleting police resources.”  Police had to establish a perimeter to allow firefighters to battle the fires..........

Many rioters relied on the App Telegram to communicate, but did not use disposable ‘burner phones’ to prevent law enforcement from using tools like Stingray, which mimics a cell phone tower and can be used to collect personal data.  Likewise, those taking photographs inadvertently provided law enforcement with a way to identify rioters, and “posed a material threat to the crowd.”............

At times, the essay veers into rhetorical flourishes and embellishments that more closely resembles propaganda.

“In general, the crowd looked upon these sublime fires with awe and approval,” the authors write.

Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone Goes Independent - Two Shot, One Died  [ 21 June 2020 ]

At least two people were shot, one fatally, inside Seattle’s autonomous zone early Saturday morning. Details on the shooting are scant, but Newsweek reports that “Seattle Police Department radio dispatchers received multiple reports of three to six gunshots around 2:20 a.m.”........

The Post cited a local blog post and reported that “a security employee working in the area reported seeing the shooter arrive in a black SUV and a 911 caller told police a man left the vehicle toting a rifle in the early morning hours at the end of Juneteenth celebrations.” The Seattle Times reported that both victims were treated at Harborview Medical Center, where one of them died.

George Floyd Died Of A Fetanyl Overdose  [ 10 July 2020 ]
QUOTE
Let’s see if we can understand what we are being told.  Fentanyl is itself so toxic that it is sufficient to kill without help from other dangerous drugs in the cocktail.  People who died from fentanyl overdose had readings from 0.75 ng/mL to an astounding 113 ng/mL.  The average death dose was 9.96 ng/mL.

According to George Floyd’s toxicology report, his blood contained 11.0 ng/mL Fentanyl, plus 5.6 ng/mL norfentanyl, 19 ng/mL of methamphetamine, and three other drugs.

It is clear from the police recordings that Floyd complained of breathing difficulty prior to any police restraint.  In other words, he was in the process of dying prior to the arrival of the police. When the police recognized his condition they called for medics. Floyd was restrained on his stomach according to protocol.  One effect of fentanyl is nausea.  Having a person on their stomach keeps them from choking on their own vomit. This is why police protocol requires them to be restrained on their stomach.

None of the people watching the video had any awareness of any of the facts.  And the media made sure they still have no awareness of the facts.

Chinese Communists Claim Responsibility For Current Rioting   [ 15 July 2020 ]
QUOTE
Leaders of the pro-Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) have claimed credit for “the spark that has inflamed the world,” referencing the recent wave of rioting that has devastated several U.S. cities.

There’s also evidence that the Beijing-loyal FRSO was not just a catalyst for some of the most destructive civil unrest in U.S. history, but also laid the groundwork for and is playing an active role in maintaining momentum for the ongoing insurrection.

One of the most striking things about radical left movements is their ability to cause such great damage with comparatively minuscule numbers of agitators. Many of these individuals and organizations work relentlessly to bring about a revolution with little to no scrutiny.

A great example of this is reflected in a June 18 Facebook post by Chicago FRSO leader Joe Iosbaker, who wrote about his comrade Frank Chapman's recent visit to Minneapolis. Readers are likely not aware of Frank Chapman, but everyone is familiar with the riots that he and his comrades take credit for “sparking” after decades of communist exploitation of race for revolutionary purposes and anti-police agitation.

The communist organizers could pass for a group of friends at a neighborhood barbeque, but their innocent appearance should not lull citizens into complacency. Their leaders are trained Maoist revolutionaries.

Black Shirts Then, Black Shirts Now   [ 11 August 2020 ]
QUOTE
The Black Lives Matter paramilitary-style march in Brixton has had a lot of coverage, including videos of protestors yelling at police and calling them “terrorists”. Only three arrests were made despite the widespread “threatening, abusive or insulting” behaviour being clear public order offences…

That tiny arrest number is even more surprising when taking into account photos of dozens of men wearing matching para-military outfits with face coverings and branded stab vests reading “FF Force” (Forever Family).

In 1936, a new public order act was introduced to counter the rise of Oswald Mosley’s fascist Black Shirts, banning political uniforms:

Prohibition of uniforms in connection with political objects. .

(1) Subject as hereinafter provided, any person who in any public place or at any public meeting wears uniform signifying his association with any political organisation or with the promotion of any political object shall be guilty of an offence

We have seen the police being defied by violent criminal gangs on the streets, now they are being defied by an organised militia, it does not take much imagination to see them becoming armed with weapons, improvised or otherwise. Britain does not tolerate private armies for political forces for very good reasons – a Ministry of Justice source told Guido he could see no reason why the “FF Force” uniforms didn’t contravene the Act. Under the Public Order Act the decision to arrest or not arrest is devolved to the officer in charge of policing the operation, in this case Deputy Assistant Commissioner Laurence Taylor. Why was the law not enforced in this case – was DAC Taylor leant on from above for political reasons?
UNQUOTE
His Majesty's Government passed the Public Order Act 1936, a law against Oswald Mosley and the British Union of Fascists. Does it apply to Blacks? Is this smuggling and is it Treason? The answer is obviously Yes but it is unstated, un-admitted Public Policy. George Floyd Arrest Video Goes Public       [ 4 August 2020 ]
Some of the footage is here. Floyd was being arrested for using a forged $20. That is reasonable. He decided to resist arrest, which is where it got difficult. Why did a policeman threaten Floyd with a pistol? It was an over-reaction. There is a weak case to answer for Manslaughter but not murder. The two rookie cops just happened to be there. Lest we forget, Floyd was a career criminal, who used murder threats during an armed robbery.

His death was just an excuse for the subsequent rioting. Don let us down; he could and should have gotten a grip, using the Army. Helicopter gunships would have been overkill in the early stages.

George Floyd's Death, The Plot Thickens    [ 1 September 2020 ]
QUOTE
Monday morning I was a guest on The Michael Smerconish Program on the SiriusXM POTUS Channel. The topic was my American Spectator article titled  “Who Killed George Floyd?”.

..............I enjoyed explaining to his audience why George Floyd died of a drug overdose and not because of anything the police did.....................

I received word that, in connection with the criminal case against former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin,  the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office had just released a memorandum of a meeting between prosecutors and Hennepin County’s Chief Medical Examiner. As you will see below, the memorandum is thermonuclear................

George Floyd died as the result of a drug overdose. As you will see below, the Hennepin County prosecutors learned that within two days of criminally charging Derek Chauvin with murder..............

Translation: this toxicology report drives a stake through the heart of our murder case. How do we justify criminally charging these police officers and explain away our colossal screw-up?

It is quite telling that this explosively exculpatory June 1 memorandum was not released by the prosecution until August 25, 2020. All of which prompts these questions:

First, why did the prosecution wait three months to release this memorandum?

Second, if the prosecution had released this information in a timely fashion, would that have helped to quell the anti-police outrage that has fueled the nationwide orgy of rioting and looting?

Third, in light of Floyd’s toxicology results and the medical examiner’s assessment that Floyd’s fentanyl overdose caused him to essentially drown in his own bodily fluid, why haven’t the charges against all of the police defendants been dropped?

The handwriting is on the wall. Through all of the rioting, looting, and burning, the prosecution has kept secret its knowledge that George Floyd died as the result of a self-administered overdose of fentanyl. The Chief Medical Examiner of Hennepin County said as much way back on May 31, 2020.

But, now that the truth has finally emerged, it’s well past time to call a halt to this illegal and unfounded “murder” case and to let these wrongfully accused men go free.

George Floyd Prosecutor Wants A Secret Trial  [ 27 December 2020 ]
QUOTE
A Minneapolis judge upheld his decision to live stream the contentious March 2021 trial of the four officers arrested in connection to the death of George Floyd.

Judge Peter Cahill originally ordered the trial to be televised on Nov. 4 due to nationwide interest in the outcome of the case and limited courtroom capacity during the coronavirus pandemic, according to the Minneapolis-based Star Tribune. Cahill refused to back down from his decision in a Friday order, despite pushback from state prosecutors and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, who together insisted public streaming would cause trial violations and intimidate witnesses, a separate Tribune report detailed.

“Without question, deprivation of the constitutional rights that are the hallmarks of a public criminal trial would be a ‘manifest injustice,'” Cahill wrote in early November, according to the Tribune. “The only real issue then, is whether there is a reasonable alternative to televising the trial that would vindicate the defendants’ Sixth Amendment rights and the First Amendment rights of the public and the press.

George Floyd Trial Centers on Police Tactic That Is Hard to Prosecute  [ 4 March 2021 ]
QUOTE
The image of a Minneapolis police officer’s knee on George Floyd’s neck helped fuel unrest over racial justice last summer. But proving that technique was murder will likely be a steep challenge for prosecutors in the first trial in Mr. Floyd’s death this month, lawyers say.

The technique—known among law-enforcement officers as prone restraint—will be at the center of the trial of former Minneapolis officer Derek Chauvin, accused of pressing his knee into Mr. Floyd’s neck for eight minutes and causing his death in the course of assisting in an arrest on suspicion of using counterfeit money. Jury selection begins next Monday, and is expected to last two weeks. Opening arguments are expected later in March, with the trial expected to last two to four weeks.

Mr. Chauvin has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder. Three other officers are charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder in connection with Mr. Floyd’s death and are expected to face trial in the late summer.

Looming over Mr. Chauvin’s trial are the dozens of recent [ alleged but unspecified ] instances in which suspects died in custody after police used prone restraint—generally defined as being pinned to the ground on one’s stomach. No other fatal incident involving a prone restraint has led to the serious charges leveled after Mr. Floyd’s death.

It is rare for prone-restraint cases in civil court to go before a jury, the review found [ because it is rare for it to be justifiable - Editor ].

In criminal court, prosecutors face a tougher obstacle: the burden of proving criminal intent and guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

To convict Mr. Chauvin on the second-degree murder charge, prosecutors don’t need to prove that he intentionally killed Mr. Floyd. But the charge requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt that he intentionally inflicted substantial bodily harm to Mr. Floyd, resulting in the man’s death.

Punching prisoners is healthy exercise for Psychopaths & Jews like these; fun too of course. The Journal also skates over the fact that Floyd died of Fentanyl poisoning after he swallowed all of the drugs he had on him. This would have been to conceal the evidence of crime.

Jury selection began this week for the conviction…Oops, sorry: I mean the trial of former police officer Derek Chauvin on charges that he murdered the Holy Blessed Martyr George Floyd in Minneapolis last year.
